Our Mission

The National Association For Employee Benefits (NAFEB) is an association for Federal and Postal Service employees, and their families. Our goal is to educate and advise employees and their families about Federal Employees Group Life Insurance (FEGLI), pension (CSRS) and (FERS), and the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). We accomplish this by providing workplace seminars, individual counseling, coaching services, benefit assessments, referrals, educational and training programs.
